J.L. Fisher Open House May 16 in Burbank

J.L. Fisher will host its ninth annual open house and barbecue at its facility, 1000 Isabel St., on May 16 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

The day's events will include the panel "Dialogue with ASC Cinematographers" at 2:30 p.m. Moderated by George Spiro Dibie, the conversation will feature Oliver Bokelberg, Michael Goi, Fred Goodich, Shelly Johnson, Robert Primes, Roberto Schaefer, Checco Varese and William Webb (schedules permitting).

The Society of Camera Operators will present a seminar, "The Moving Camera," at 10:30 a.m., and Jim Fisher will lead tours of the facility at 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Admission is free. No RSVP is required.
