Soapbox Films Installs ARwall Stage
The 30'x12', 1.5mm-pitch LED stage offers 6K horizontal resolution.
ARwall has delivered a 30'x12', 1.5mm-pitch LED stage to Soapbox Films in Burbank, Calif.
It is the latest collaboration between Soapbox Films and ARwall, whose shared goal is to grow virtual production into an essential component of a filmmaker’s toolbox. Previous projects include Disney’s Muppet Haunted Mansion and productions for Lucasfilm, Zenni and 20th Century Studios.
The stage features an AX Pro 1.5mm by Absen LED panel and a 6K horizontal resolution. The stage also provides access to the new ARFX Pro Plugin and ARFX Launcher, offering integrated rehearsal and quick-calibration tool sets that reduce downtime on set; it’s powered by the Vive Mars professional tracking system with genlock/sync support.
