Rokinon Introduces Cine DSX Series
The T1.5 lenses will be available in Canon EF, Canon RF, Canon M, Fujifilm X, MFT, Nikon F and Sony E mounts.
Rokinon is expanding its cine-lens offerings with the Cine DXS series. The T1.5 lenses feature rounded, nine-blade apertures for smooth, circular bokeh and provide full-frame coverage.
DSX lens mounts are weather sealed and will be available in Canon EF, Canon RF, Canon M, Fujifilm X, MFT, Nikon F and Sony E mounts.
The lenses feature left- and right-side focusing and aperture scales, allowing the user to work from either side. Industry-standard 0.8MOD gearing with uniform DSX and DS series focus and aperture gear placement enable fast lens changes when using follow-focus devices. High Refractive Index, ED, Aspherical and Hybrid Aspherical elements are incorporated into the design to reduce aberrations.
The Cine DSX series will be available at Rokinon dealers in October beginning with the 24mm, 35mm, 50mm and 85mm focal lengths. The lenses come with a two-year warranty.
