The company is taking preorders for the monolight-style LED.

NanLite is taking preorders for the Forza 200, a monolight-style LED engineered to give maximum output with a minimal footprint.

The Forza 200 employs a COB LED module and a precision-engineered reflector to emit 37,540 Lux of 5600K daylight-balanced light at 3' while maintaining a CRI/TLCI of 98/97, ensuring accurate color rendition. When equipped with the FL-20G Fresnel (sold separately), the light output increases to 126,413 Lux at 3'.

The unit weighs 8.5 pounds (4 pounds for the head, 4.5 pounds for the controller) and features a Bowens-style light-modifier mount. It is preprogrammed with 11 practical-lighting effects that can be accessed via a user-friendly menu: INT Loop, Flash, Pulse, Storm, TV, Paparazzi, Candle/Fire, Bad Bulb, Firework, Explosion and Welding.

The Forza 200 can run off the included AC adapter, a 26V V-Mount battery (not included) or a 14.8V V-Mount battery (not included) with a reduced 120-watt output.

The Forza 200 is priced at $699.
