Jupio Launches Red-Approved Batteries

Jupio has launched a line of BP-955 and BP-975 lithium-ion batteries engineered for the Red Komodo camera.
The batteries feature on-camera charging capability and can also be paired with Jupio’s USB Brand Charger Kit for Canon LCA0038 (sold separately).
The 955-style battery has a capacity of 6,700 mAh (49.6 watt hours) and lists for $119.95. The 975-style battery has a capacity of 10,050 mAh (74.4 watt hours) and lists for $139.95.
The batteries will be available in February.
