Equipment-solutions company Dynamic Rentals has expanded its global footprint to Leipzig, Germany, where it will open a new facility this month.
“What started as a search for a ‘Brexit Solution’ blossomed into a fully fledged, staffed office,” says Dynamic CEO Austin Rios.
Headquartered in Burbank, Calif., Dynamic also has an office in Ashford, England, as well as representation in Copenhagen, Denmark; Auckland, New Zealand; and in the U.S. cities New York, Atlanta, Seattle and Chicago.
“We are humbled to increase our worldwide presence,” says Tom Jay Smith, the company’s chief sales officer. “Our Ashford office will continue serving clients in the United Kingdom and beyond. Without a doubt, this new path forward will allow us to become even faster and better at what we already do for Europe.”
Located in Saxony, Dynamic’s Leipzig office offers technical, logistical and professional workspaces. Christian Pedersen, the company’s director of sales for Europe, will assume more operational leadership responsibility, according to Dynamic founder and COO Brandon Zachary.
“Dynamic ships equipment all over the world every day, and a huge portion of these shipments are transatlantic,” Zachary notes. “Leipzig is the main DHL hub in Europe, and we anticipate saving 24 hours on shipments, allowing us to serve our clients more efficiently.”
Like other Dynamic locations, the Leipzig office will stock Arri, Sony, Codex, Fujinon, Chrosziel, Cooke, Zeiss, Leitz, Red, Canon and Angenieux, among other brands, for sub-rental and leasing.
