DoPChoice Unveils Solutions for Aputure LS600D
Accessories for the new LED fixture now include two custom Snapbags and a Double Bracket.
DoPChoice has unveiled three tools to work with Aputure’s new LS600D LED fixture: two Snapbag softboxes that directly fit the light’s Bowens mount, and a Double Bracket that enables a pair of 600D fixtures to accommodate other Snapbags.
The Snapbag Medium SBRRM has been designed for seamless mounting to the fixture’s circular Bowens mount. It features all the benefits of a Medium Snapbag, including a rectangular design that pops up in a single piece and attaches directly to the Rabbit-Rounder mounting system. This Snapbag also has DoPchoice’s pyramid baffle sewn into its center, making the interior silver-metallic sidewalls reflect illumination outward to create smooth, even spread. A removable Magic Cloth diffusion panel is included. To further direct output, a choice of 30-degree or 40-degree Snapgrids is available.
For those who prefer an octagonal softbox, DoPChoice now offers a Bowens-mount version of its Octa 5, the SBRRO5. With a 5' diameter, this wide softbox offers tool-free, quick setup and teardown. Octas can be used open or with an included front-diffusion panel. A 40-degree Snapgrid is sold separately.
DoPChoice’s custom SRADA bracket can mount a pair of either Aputure 600Ds or 300D IIs. The specially engineered plate enables two Aputure lights to nest in parallel configuration with aligned front lenses. Attached to the plate is a Rabbit-Ears mounting system. This device can work with nearly all DoPChoice Snapbags that mount with Rabbit-Ears, including Octa 3', 5' and 7'; Snapbag Medium; Snapbag for Rabbit-Rounder Medium, and 3' and 5' Lanterns.
